Viewers of Netflix's raunchy new series Sex/Life were sent into a frenzy last week, following Adam's full-frontal shower scene in episode three.

The drama tells the story of mother-of-two Billie, who is married to a straight-laced husband Cooper (played by Mike Vogul) but secretly yearns for the excitement and sexual freedom of her youth.

She then gets in touch with her ex-boyfriend Brad (played by Adam Demos), who wants her back.

In episode three, Mike and Adam's characters end up sharing a gym shower together, which is when Adam's assets are exposed on camera.

And as the size of his manhood continues to spark conversation, many fans across Australia have hilariously praised the local star's talents for helping them 'get through lockdown' amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Some fans claimed they couldn't stop 'pausing and rewinding' the now viral scene - which many pointed out is '20 minutes' into the episode - while others said the light-relief show has been a welcome distraction while staying at home.

'Watching the new show Sex Life episode 3 location 20:00 and wondering if Netflix tracks how many times we rewind and watch again because… I’m on 4 times,' one fan wrote.

'I had to do the same,' another agreed.

'Embarrassed at the number of times I watched that gym shower scene #SexLife,' a third said, while a fourth gushed: 'That full frontal of Adam Demos in Sex Life was jaw dropping!'

'LADIES: go to episode 3 of Sex/Life on Netflix and pause the frame at 20.03. JUST DO IT,' a fifth commanded.

'Sex/Life getting me through lockdown!!!' one fan chimed in, while another shocked viewer simply gasped: 'THATS NOT REAL NO WAY!'

Comfortable: 'I was okay with it because you read the script and know what you're getting yourself into from the start, so I don't think you would sign on to a show after reading the scripts and then say no last minute,' Adam said of nude scenes

Series creator Stacy Rukeyser was recently questioned about the actor's private parts, telling website Collider that he did not have a body double in nude scenes.

'No. That's not a body double. I mean, people usually ask is it real or is it a prosthetic?' she said.

Stacy was coy however when asked if Adam had on a fake appendage during the notorious shower scene.

'I can tell you what Adam Demos says about it which is, a gentleman never tells. So, we are leaving that up to the viewer's imagination,' she added.

Sex/Life is a new Netflix show based on BB Easton's novel, 44 Chapters About 4 Men. The raunchy new series was filmed in Canada and is being released globally.

Adam - who is dating his co-star Sarah Shahi in real life - also spoke to Entertainment Weekly on Friday about his full-frontal scene.

'I was okay with it because you read the script and know what you're getting yourself into from the start, so I don't think you would sign on to a show after reading the scripts and then say no last minute,' he said.
