Chief stew Daisy Kelliher from Below Deck Sailing Yacht revealed that season 2 will have a lot of drama and a lot of sex.

Kelliher dished about the upcoming season with Below Deck Mediterranean alum Anastasia Surmava. “There was definitely a lot of sex,” Kelliher shared during an Instagram Live. “I don’t know if it was Covid. I don’t know. So, like, people hadn’t been around other people in a while or what was going on. But there was definitely something in the air. It was like, wow, this a lot.”

What was in the ‘air’ (or water) on ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’?

The sophomore season trailer certainly appears to be a departure from the coupled-up vibe from season 1. In true Below Deck form, the series features a crew of extremely attractive young people. Instead of bringing back repeat crew members, producers cleared the deck with the exception of Captain Glenn Shephard.

Last season’s intensity is definitely replaced with playful wildness on deck. At one point, the crew parties on deck, and “Go Gary, shake your penis” is being chanted by the crew. First officer Gary King, who is wearing nothing but swim trunks plays along with the chant.

Another crew member is heard saying, “I’ll tell you what, the chicks are hot onboard.” King says, “I do know one thing is you don’t screw the crew.” Famous last words as the rest of the men on deck laugh.

“If I would hook up with a girl, I generally try not to hook up with people in my department,” King says in a confessional as cameras show him getting cozy with someone. “Anyway …” King is also seen jumping off the boat completely naked.

Is everyone hooking up with everyone?

Kelliher wasn’t kidding when it came to hooking up. “I’m just horny and trying to have some sex right now,” second stew Dani Soares is seen telling the crew. Later she is kissing third stew Alli Dore.”Let’s go, Alli,” she adds.

“Because we’re cooped up on the boat, everyone’s in party mode,” chief engineer Colin Macrae says in a confessional. “This is gonna get crazy.” Indeed. At one point the Jacuzzi is filled with bubbles and the crew is packed in the suds with some booze.

Unlike last season, Kelliher says the interior team got along pretty well. “I had an awesome team,” she said about the interior. “I was so nervous, but the girls were great. They were both good at their job and yeah, we had a great team.”

Some tension does appear to bubble up between Kelliher and chef Natasha De Bourg. Kelliher is seen asking De Bourg to reduce the portion sizes. This comment does not go over very well. “I’m the f**king chef,” De Bourg shoots back at Kelliher. “Don’t give me no f**king constructive criticism.”

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 sets sail on Monday, March 1 at 9/8c on Bravo.
