$200 Million Worth Canelo Alvarez Shares Exciting News About VMC,Tequila-Based Canned Cocktai

Canelo Alvarez is currently at the pinnacle of boxing and even sports altogether. He sits comfortably at fifth position in the highest-paid athlete list of Forbes. Alvarez is currently the P4P King while being the Undisputed Champion in the Super Middleweight division. He has won 59 fights out of the total 63 he’s fought. After all of this, Alvarez is still going strong as he’ll be defending his belts against the Undisputed Champion in the Super Welterweight division, Jermell Charlo.

Besides boxing, he’s looking forward to expanding his business of tequila-based canned drink brands. It’s apparent that Alvarez knows that after some years, he’ll have to hang up his gloves. Moreover, many fans are slamming him down for his “slow” sparring session ahead of the Charlo bout. So he’s started using his connections now to build up a company of his own choice. Let’s delve into the big step taken by Alvarez to push his business to further boundaries.

Canelo Alvarez launches his ‘VMC’ in the United States

Alongside his training camp for Charlo, Canelo Alvarez is working hard to expand the business of his Tequila-based canned cocktail, ‘VMC’, which stands for Viva Mexico Cabrones. The drink was first launched in his hometown, Jalisco, Mexico back in 2022. Well, almost after a year, Alvarez is introducing the drink to the citizens of the US as well. Announced on Wednesday, it will be available in three flavors — Paloma, Margarita, and Jamaica Hibiscus.

Reportedly, the 335-millimeter slimmed cans will be sold at a $10.99 retail price. Alvarez’s drink contains 5.5% alcohol. Hopefully, it’ll also see the same success in the USA as it did in Mexico. In his interview with BoxingScene.com, Alvarez stated that he’s aware he cannot be a boxer forever, and he doesn’t want to compromise on his lifestyle when he retires. For that, he needs to have other business ventures so that he can sustain the lifestyle he has right now.

He said, “That’s why I put everything together for VMC. My product is from Jalisco, Mexico, and this drink makes me feel proud about it. VMC is one of the things I enjoy more in my life, so I want to share it with all of the people“. Cinnamon knows that he’ll have to make every move possible so that he doesn’t go unnoticed once he finally takes his leave from the ring.

Well, there’s no doubt that the US denizens will adore ‘VMC’, mainly due to their love towards ‘Cinnamon’. The canned drink will be advertised all over the T-Mobile Arena, which will draw a lot of attention towards his drink. So, it’ll be a huge success and provide the Mexican boxer with massive revenue for the sustenance of his luxurious lifestyle. Will you buy ‘VMC’? What are your thoughts about this?
