Toni Collette suffered a hilarious technical blunder while promoting her new movie Mafia Mamma this week.  In a post shared to Instagram, the Australian actress shared side by side images of a recent interview alongside co-star Monica Bellucci.  Toni was dressed in an all-green Valentino ensemble, unaware that she would be filmed against a green screen - making her outfit vanish into the background. Her gown was absorbed by the CGI, and as a result she appeared largely bodiless as her clothing was turned bright red, leaving only her head and hands visible.
